Erwin-Walter Graebner
(Cologne, Germay) is a high-profile entrepreneur in the field of real estate development in Germany.
During his career he advanced important innovations in real estate investments and private property ownership. He developed and adviced on approximately 25.000 housing units 20 hotels and was a long-term part owner of LTU Group.
He recieved an appointment as a lecturer at the European Business School (EBS) International University Schloss Reichartshausen.
Being the developer for 50% of City Harbour Hotel Amsterdam, a 4-star hotel with 420 rooms completed in August of 2006, leased to and operated by Mövenpick Hotels (75 million euro); and finally becoming a financial partner of Schloss-Hotel Kaps, Kitzbühl a 5-star, 152-room, landmark hotel in Kitzbühl, Austria, which was completed in Dec 05 and is leased and operated by Arosa Resort Hotels (72 million euro). |

Alaeddin Babaoglu, Managing Director of Amplio, has over 25 years of professional experience
in the international hospitality and leisure industry. Before joining Amplio, he was the Senior
Vice President of Development for LTI International Hotels and the Vice President
of Development for Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. He has
focused on hotel and resort developments in Europe, Africa, The Middle East, Asia and the Americas. He has also held numerous positions
in international joint venture companies as a director, board member and founding
partner.
He is currently leading and managing the strategic vision, expension and structural development of the Amplio investment portfolio. Clear direction and focus ensure that there is an adequate structure for
the effective operations. He promotes the highest standards of corporate governance and seek to be an industry leader.

Jan Hendrik Froesch,
a lawyer with extensive legal and administrative experience in the field of Real Estate
Law, Construction Law and Engineering Law.
He began his practice working
as a counsel for a middle-sized engineering company and a real estate development
company in Cologne, Germany, and later served as a legal counsel for Bilfinger
Berger AG. He subsequently joined Convalor Beteiligungs-und Verwaltungs-GmbH
in Cologne as CEO and Amplio as a member of the board.

Özgür Feyizoglu is an expert concentrating on financial and administrative matters with extensive experience.
She is responsible for the managing relations with the banks, finance institutes and public offices. In this context she manages all accounting and legal process in accordance with the current law and the legislations as well as managing finace process.
Ozgur Feyizoglu obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Department from Eskisehir Anadolu University.
Prior to joining Amplio, Ozgur gives professional advisory services to many national and multi-national comanies between 1995 and 2009 including company setup, organisational structuring and financial advisory.

Prior to joining
Amplio, Aziz Ozyılmaz worked as a Civil Engineer on a wide range of international
construction projects in various disciplines such as site management, business
planning, quality and costing control. He is responsible for supervising,
controlling and directing design, engineering and leading the construction teams
for the company's projects.
He obtained his Bachelor's degree
in Civil Engineering from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Civil Engineering,
Istanbul. Aziz has worked as the Planning Manager for MGT, the main constructor of Chevron for TengizChevroil project in Tengiz Kazakhstan. Aziz is fluent in English.

Mr. Hayrettin Erdogan joined to Amplio Real Estate Investments Inc. after he moved back from Canada.
He brings with him into the organisation extensive 29 years of North American experience and knowledge of construction and Hotel Industry.
He graduated Collage in Toronto/Canada and has a succesful business in construction field prior to joining Hilton Hotels in early 1994 and worked various projects as a Facility Manager & Chief Engineer in two upscale Hilton Brand Hotels till begining of 2009.

Ipek Ipekci joined to Amplio in June 2010 after she graduated from university. Ipek Ipekci worked as an architect in design offices before joined Amplio for residential, office, shopping center and mixed-use projects.
She is responsible for coordinating Amplio's projects with design offices and construction. She graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Faculty of Architect, Istanbul.
