Amplio has a diversified focus which, in addition to the business hotel segment, will also include residential, office and retail project development and asset management. Especially, urban transformation and development projects are in primarily focus of Amplio and has started works for the acquisition of rights to undertake the urban transformation and development of residential sites in Istanbul.
