“TURKEY” FAVOURITE OF FOREIGN REAL ESTATE INVESTORS

Amplio made it's mark of with a special panel measuring Turkish real estate market on Expo Real Fair, which took place in Germany Munich at 7-8-9 October. Within this fair, various important evaluations made about Turkey’s valuable position about investments.

Coming from all over the world, investors and professionals meet at the Expo Real fair which took place for the 16th time this year in Muich. The panel about Turkey’s investment potential attracted heavy attention, while many other panels has been made about real estate, finance, architecture and investments. Attending the fair as speaker, one of major real estate investors of Germany, Erwin Walter Graebner specified about Turkey being the ideal country for investments lately.

Graebner said, Starting their investments with in Turkey by constructing Leed Gold Certified Hilton Garden Inn Istanbul Golden Horn hotel project together with his Turkish partner Alaeddin Babaoglu as Amplio Real Estate Investments, they nowwant to move further on with more particular projects again.

A stable economy despite the economic crysis, Turkey!

Graebner highlighted one of the most important reasons for making investments in Turkey as their economy being one of the rare economies that survived without taking any damage by the economic crysis that all the Europe is struggling lately. Graebner told that he’s taken his decision about making investments to Turkey in 2007 with the call of his Turkish partner Alaeddin Babaoglu, also underlined that he’s now very happy with this decission. Graebner also told about the young and dynamic population and stable economy bringing the permanency, also the geographical position of the country being very effective for investments.

Coming together with Graebner after his speech , Investors coming from Europe and USA exchanged information about areas suitable for their investments, especially in Istanbul and in Turkey.
